  • Grant success: Grant in collaboration with Prof. Euan K. Brechin and project partner Prof. Andy Cooper is funded by EPSRC for a project entitled 'Calixarenes: Discrete Superstructures and Metal-Organic Frameworks''. £ 376k.

 

 
  • SJD is awarded a 2010 RSC Harrison-Meldola prize 'in recognition of his work on the synthesis of new nanostructures based on calixarenes with remarkable magnetic and adsorption properties'.

 

 
 

 
  • Grant success: Grant in collaboration with Dr. Euan K. Brechin is funded by EPSRC for a project entitled 'Supramolecular Synthesis of Molecular Clusters: Topological Control of Hybrid Nanomagnets'. £ 442k.
